Hi, and welcome to Children's Ministry here at Calvary Chapel Spring Valley. I am Mr. Barry, the Children's Ministry Director, and I would like to introduce you to the different ministries we have for you and your children.

His Kid City

Meets every Sunday morning at the 11 am service and is designed to provide a Sunday school environment for children with special needs so that parents can be ministered to separately in a corporate worship environment. We desire to provide a place of acceptance and belonging for all individuals with special needs so they may experience the love of Jesus.

Tiny Town Nursery

This room is designed for children ages birth to 23 months of age. We provide a safe and loving environment for your children. We realize that your child is the most precious thing God has entrusted to you. God's "Tiny Tots" are staffed by a group of trained and background-checked volunteers who want to share the love of God with each and every child who they are privileged to care for.

Tiny Town

These classes are designed for children ages 2 and 3 years of age. On Sunday mornings, ages 2 and 3 go through Lil’ K, which is an interactive, multimedia-based curriculum that has a huge impact on your preschoolers. Here they learn and grow with Bible stories, hand motion memory verses, an interactive worship time, and crafts.

Little Kid City

"Little Kid City" is designed for 4 and 5 year olds. They are taught stories from Scripture, along with crafts and activities that reinforce the lesson. They also enjoy interactive worship. These "Little Kid" preschoolers also learn from the Lil' K series on Sunday mornings.

Kid City Block Party

The Kid City Block Party is our Children's Church program held each Sunday morning at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. for kids Kindergarten through 4th grade. Some of the things to look forward to at the Block Party are: Kid City Praise, Vern the Bird (we think the kids know that he's really a puppet), Fast Freddie the Fastest Memory Verse sayer in the world, Rover the Wonder Dog, Video Segments, Zany Illustrated Sermons (object lessons), Review Games, and more.

City On A Hill

City on a Hill meets every Sunday morning at 9 am and 11 am for children in 5th grade. This class is designed to help pre-teens mature in the Lord and provides a solid transition from elementary school to junior high.
